From the moment we opened our doors, we’ve had the honor of partnering and collaborating with incredible brands, creatives, and entrepreneurs — many of which are members of the studio.
While we one-off events, we identified a larger issue for small businesses: bridging the gap between ephemeral pop-up and permanent brick-and-mortar.
We know first hand how difficult it is to bring a concept from idea to a physical presence, which is why we launched Space by Hot Bones, retail incubator for up-and-coming brands across wellness, lifestyle, and design directly inside the studio.
Our hope is that each resident outgrows us after a few months with the confidence, network, and tools to open a permanent location and contribute to the city’s small business network, vibrancy.

Haus of Wellness
Haus of Wellness is a modern IV therapy concierge offering personalized vitamin-infused drips and booster shot treatments that support hydration, recovery, and immunity. Previously a concierge service, the residency at Hot Bones will be the first semi-permanent outpost in Detroit where wellness and recovery converge.
Administered by an expert team of actively practicing nurses, the services are designed to support wellbeing, whether recovering from an intense workout, a late night, or daily stress.
Perfect for rehydration after a sweat-drenched infrared-heated workout class, each infusion goes beyond treatment—it’s a ritual of renewal, leaving clients refreshed, revitalized, and ready to thrive.

Noon Vintage
Noon Vintage curated an immersive showroom where the past and present converge. Each piece — a blend of true vintage, new vintage, and handcrafted treasures — is thoughtfully arranged within a familiar yet inspiring setting, prompting an exploration of the impressions inspired by purposeful design.
This is more than a store; it's an experience of discovery. Each item has been chosen not just for its form but for its ability to add depth to the shared narrative of a space.
Beyond the showroom, Noon Vintage brings its curatorial expertise to bespoke sourcing and styling — for intimate homes and public spaces — crafting environments that feel both purposeful and alive.
